Objectives of Study：

To compare the feasibility and safety of ultrasound-guided short axis approach and oblique axis approach for left lateral position internal jugular vein cannulation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）择期全麻左侧卧位手术且需颈内静脉置管的患者 2）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级I~III级 3）18 ≤ BMI ≤ 30 4）年龄：18~65岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for elective surgery in left lateral recumbent for general anesthesia and requiring IJV catheterization 2. ASA: Class I-III 3. BMI: 18-30kg/m2 4. Adult patients between 18 and 65 years of age

排除标准：

1）凝血功能异常者 2）穿刺部位感染者 3）超声扫查发现IJV解剖变异或静脉血栓患者 4）颅内压高者 5）慢性心力衰竭者

Exclusion criteria：

1)Abnormal coagulation function 2)Infection at the puncture site 3) Patients with IJV anatomical variations or venous thrombosis detected by ultrasound scanning 4)Patients with high intracranial pressure 5) Chronic heart failure

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用SAS13.2软件由第三方分析师产生随机分配序列号（1~74），随机编号为SA组和OA组，同时妥善保管原始编码顺序；然后采取按编号顺序、不透光密封信封方法。整个研究过程中，研究者在拆封信封前对随机分配未知。若受试者中途退出，为保证随机性不被破坏，该随机号作废，后续受试者顺序分配下一随机号。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Using SAS13.2 software, third-party analysts generate random allocation sequence numbers (1-74), which are randomly assigned to the SA group and OA group, while keeping the original coding order properly stored; Then adopt the method of sealing envelopes in numerical order and with non transparent sealing. Throughout the entire research process, the researchers were unaware of the random allocation before opening the envelope. If the subject withdraws midway, in order to ensure that the randomness is not compromised, the random number will be invalidated, and the next random number will be assigned to the subsequent subjects in sequence.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers recorded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The input uses the corresponding database system double machine input, and then the database is compared twice.
