研究目的：

探讨应用微型颞下颌关节镜辅助治疗“关节盘吸附症”（ Anchored disc phenomenon, ADP），改善受试者开口度和减轻关节疼痛的临床疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the treatment outcome of anchored disc phenomenon using micro-temporomandibular joint arthroscopy on the effect of mouth opening and pain relief.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 10~60 岁 2. 诊断为“关节盘吸附症“、伴有顽固性开口受限的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.patients diagnosed as "anchored disc phenomenon (ADP)";

排除标准：

1.全身性多关节炎，风湿或类风湿性关节炎； 2.急性滑膜炎或化脓性关节炎； 3.未受控制的系统性疾病或其他疾病； 4.经过诊断的心理疾病，如焦虑、抑郁。

Exclusion criteria：

1.systematic osteoarthritis, including rheumatoid arthritis; 2.acute synovitis or suppurative arthritis; 3.uncontrolled systematic disease or other diseases; 4.Diagnosed psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression.
