研究目的：

主要研究目的： 探讨经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）联合常规认知训练对孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）儿童的干预效果，特别是其对社交和认知功能的改善作用,包括孤独症行为量表（ABC）、儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）等。。 次要研究目的： 通过近红外脑功能成像技术，探索tDCS对ASD儿童大脑功能连接的影响，以及这些变化与临床症状改善之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research purpose: To explore the intervention effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) combined with conventional cognitive training on children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), especially its improvement effect on social and cognitive functions, including Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC), Child Autism Rating Scale (CARS), etc. . Secondary research purpose: Using near-infrared brain functional imaging technology, explore the effect of tDCS on brain functional connectivity in children with ASD, and the relationship between these changes and improvement of clinical symptoms.

纳入标准：

年龄范围：2-8岁的儿童。 诊断标准：符合DSM-5中孤独症谱系障碍（ASD）的诊断。 家属同意：患者家属同意接受试验干预。 合作能力：儿童能够配合完成研究所需的评估和干预程序。

Inclusion criteria

Age range: Children aged 2-8 years. Diagnostic criteria: Meet the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in DSM-5. Family consent: The patient's family consents to the experimental intervention. Cooperation ability: The child is able to cooperate with the assessment and intervention procedures required for the study.

排除标准：

金属物品或装置：头颅内或头皮上有金属物品或装置。 心脏起搏器：体内有心脏起搏器。 颅骨问题：颅骨有孔洞或裂缝。 癫痫病史：有癫痫病史。

Exclusion criteria：

Metal objects or devices: Metal objects or devices in the skull or on the scalp. Pacemaker: Pacemaker in the body. Skull problems: Holes or cracks in the skull. History of epilepsy: History of epilepsy.

在常规治疗的基础上，采用tDCS治疗。采用0.9%的生理盐水浸润电极棉片，阳极置于F3区，阴极置于Fp2区，采用电流强度为2mA,刺激时长为20min,一周干预5天，连续干预2个月。
