研究目的：

1. 聚焦极早产儿（出生胎龄≤29+6周）动脉导管未闭疾病，构建多中心合作平台，建立前瞻性队列数据库 2. 采用现状调查国内NICU收治的极早产儿动脉导管未闭发生率及其不同类型构成，揭示极早产儿动脉导管未闭的时间、空间和人群的分布情况，了解国内动脉导管未闭治疗现状数据，为后期临床质量改进提供基线数据及指明方向 3. 基于建立的队列数据库，探讨PDA治疗指征不明确这一国际痛点及热点问题，为临床管理提供循证医学证据 4. 开展多中心协作的质量改进工作，在合作平台单位间形成规范、循证、均质的PDA临床诊疗实践，并进行推广  

Objectives of Study：

1. Focusing on arterial ductus arteriosus in extremely preterm infants (birth gestational age ≤29+6 weeks), building a multicentre collaborative platform and establishing a prospective cohort database 2. To investigate the incidence of PDA and its composition by type in very preterm infants admitted to NICUs in China, to reveal the distribution of PDA in time, space and population, and to understand the current status of treatment of PDA in China, so as to provide baseline data and directions for clinical quality improvement. 3. based on the established cohort database, explore the international pain point and hot issue of unclear indication for PDA treatment, and provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical management. 4. Carry out multi-centre collaborative quality improvement work to develop standardized, evidence-based and homogeneous PDA clinical practice among the collaborating platform units and promote it.

研究期间所有生后3天内入住合作平台成员单位新生儿重症监护病房（NICU）的出生胎龄≤29+6周极早产儿

Inclusion criteria

All extremely preterm infants born at a gestational age of ≤29+6 weeks admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) of members of the collaborative platform within 3 days of birth during the study period
