研究目的：

（1）明确老年 T2DM 患者中 TIR、肌少症与骨质疏松的关联性。 （2）探讨可能影响这种关联性的其他因素。 （3） 根据研究结果提出可能的干预措施，为老年 T2DM 患者的治疗和管理提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine the correlation between TIR, sarcopenia and osteoporosis in elderly T2DM patients. (2) Explore other factors that may influence this association. (3) Propose possible intervention measures based on the research results to provide reference for the treatment and management of elderly patients with T2DM

纳入标准：

纳入在云南省第三人民医院老年病科住院的≥60 岁的 T2DM 患者，不少于 300 例为研究对象均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断标准,患者的降糖方案在既往3个月内稳定不变。

Inclusion criteria

No less than 300 T2DM patients ≥60 years old admitted to the Department of Geriatrics of the Third People's Hospital of Yunnan Province were included in the study, and all of them met the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 1999. The hypoglycemic regimen of the patients remained stable within the previous 3 months.

排除标准：

排除小于60岁的2型糖尿病患者，排除1型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病、特殊类型糖尿病、糖尿病合并急性并发症、严重肝肾疾病、恶性肿瘤、急慢性感染、近期有激素类药物使用史、库欣综合征等其他内分泌疾病、结缔组织病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, special type diabetes mellitus, acute complications of diabetes mellitus, severe liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, acute and chronic infections, recent history of hormone drug use, Cushing syndrome and other endocrine diseases and connective tissue were excluded.
