通过回顾性收集使用复方黄柏液涂剂患者的病历信息，分析复方黄柏液涂剂的临床用药特点，评估复方黄柏液涂剂对不同诊断患者的改善作用，总结复方黄柏液涂剂人用经验证据。  

Objectives of Study：

By retrospectively collecting the medical records of patients who used compound Huangbai liquid paint, the clinical medication characteristics of compound Huangbai liquid paint were analyzed, the improvement effect of compound Huangbai liquid paint on patients with different diagnoses was evaluated, and the empirical evidence for human use of compound Huangbai liquid paint was summarized.

纳入标准：

1.处方或住院医嘱使用复方黄柏液涂剂的病例；
2.年龄在18~80岁，男女不限；

Inclusion criteria

1.Prescription or hospital physician use cases of compound cortex phellodendri liquid coating agent; 2.Men and women aged 18 to 80 years old;

排除标准：

1.研究者认为影响对研究药物的评价，不适合收集的病例；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases that were considered by the investigator to affect the evaluation of the study drug and were not suitable for collection;
