本研究旨在评估支链氨基酸（BCAAs）补充剂对大学生篮球运动员在模拟比赛期间的力发展率（RFD，肌肉爆发力指标）的影响。通过随机对照交叉双盲试验设计，我们探究BCAAs补充对不同时间间隔内的RFD的作用，特别是在50毫秒时间窗口内，这是爆炸性力量表现的关键时期。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) supplementation on the rate of force development (RFD) in collegiate basketball players during simulated game conditions. Through a randomized, controlled, crossover, double-blind trial design, we aim to explore the effects of BCAA supplementation on RFD at various time intervals, with a particular focus on the 50ms time window, a critical period for explosive power performance.

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在18至25岁之间的男性篮球运动员。 （2）具有至少5年的篮球训练和竞赛经验。 （3）近六个月内没有经历过任何影响运动表现的肌肉骨骼损伤。 （4）无心血管、肺部或骨科疾病等重大健康问题。 （5）不使用任何可能影响研究结果的药物,包括但不限于咖啡因、肌酸、牛磺酸等运动补充剂。 （6）同意在研究期间避免高强度运动和维持一致的饮食模式。 （7）愿意并能够遵守研究的所有规定,包括补充剂摄入和测试安排。 （8）提供书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Male basketball players aged between 18 and 25. (2) Have at least 5 years of basketball training and competition experience. (3) I have not experienced any musculoskeletal injuries that affect my athletic performance in the past six months. (4) Major health issues such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, or orthopedic diseases. (5) Do not use any drugs that may affect the research results, including but not limited to exercise supplements such as caffeine, creatine, taurine, etc. (6) Agree to avoid high-intensity exercise and maintain a consistent dietary pattern during the study period. (7) Willing and able to comply with all regulations of the study, including supplement intake and testing arrangements. (8) Provide a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）存在对BCAAs或研究中使用的任何成分过敏的历史。 （2）最近一个月内有使用任何运动补充剂的记录。 （3）报告有吸烟行为。 （4）过去六个月内有影响运动能力的任何慢性疾病或急性疾病史。 （5）在研究开始前的一周内有进行过高强度运动训练。 （6）未能遵守研究方案,包括未能按时参加所有预定的测试和训练环节。 （7）对研究过程中可能遇到的任何物理负荷有禁忌症。 （8）任何由研究团队判断可能影响研究结果解释的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There is a history of allergies to BCAAs or any ingredients used in research. (2) There is a record of using any exercise supplements in the past month. (3) Report smoking behavior. (4) History of any chronic or acute illness that has affected athletic ability within the past six months. (5) Conducted high-intensity exercise training within the week prior to the start of the study. (6) Failure to comply with the research protocol, including failure to attend all scheduled testing and training sessions on time. (7) There are contraindications to any physical loads that may be encountered during the research process. (8) Any situation judged by the research team that may affect the interpretation of the research results.

In this study, implementation will be through a computer-generated sequence of random numbers to ensure that each participant has an equal chance of being assigned to either the BCAAs group or the placebo group. Specifically, independent researchers will utilize the random number generator feature in SPSS software (IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0) to create a list of random codes at a 1:1 ratio. These codes will determine which group participants are allocated to, ensuring randomness and fairness throughout the process.

Blinding：

Here are the specific methods and procedures for implementing blinding in the study: 1. Similar Packaging and Coding: Both the BCAAs and the placebo are packaged in forms that look exactly alike, with both bearing randomly assigned codes. This ensures that neither the participants nor the researchers conducting the experiment can visually distinguish between the two substances. 2. Independent Coding and Distribution: The coding and distribution tasks are carried out by an independent third party who is not directly involved in the research. They allocate the substances according to a pre-established randomization scheme, ensuring that members of the research team and participants do not know the specific allocations before the start of the experiment. 3. Standard Training and Instructions: Prior to the commencement of the experiment, all participants receive standardized training and instructions to ensure they can perform the required tests correctly. Additionally, throughout the course of the experiment, participants are explicitly instructed not to attempt to guess whether they are receiving BCAAs or a placebo, maintaining the effectiveness of the blinding. 4. Blind Outcome Assessors: All outcome assessors remain unaware of the participants' group assignments when collecting and analyzing data. This includes results from strength and jump tests, agility and sprint test scores, as well as monitoring physiological responses, ensuring impartiality in the assessments. 5. Confidentiality Agreements: All personnel involved in the research are required to sign confidentiality agreements, committing to not disclose information about the participants' group assignments during the entire study period and for a certain time thereafter, until the study concludes and the results are published.
