研究目的：

本研究旨在旨在分析MHD患者AVF血管狭窄的危险因素，筛选核心变量，构建MHD患者AVF血管狭窄风险预测模型，为医务人员筛查MHD患者AVF血管狭窄高危人群提供有效评估工具，便于其快速、准确地做出判断，并为制定个性化干预方案提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors of AVF vascular stenosis in MHD patients, screen core variables, and build a risk prediction model for AVF vascular stenosis in MHD patients, so as to provide an effective assessment tool for medical personnel to screen high-risk groups of AVF vascular stenosis in MHD patients, facilitate them to make judgments quickly and accurately, and provide a scientific basis for formulating personalized intervention programs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄≥18岁；②所有以AVF作为血管通路的MHD患者；③在AVF成熟后开始使用时，可提供≥200mL/min血流量；④透析频率为2～3次/周；⑤患者知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients ≥18 years old; ② All MHD patients with AVF as vascular access; ③ When AVF is used after maturity, it can provide ≥200mL/min blood flow; The dialysis frequency is 2 ~ 3 times/week; (5) Patient informed consent.

排除标准：

①合并严重并发症，如严重感染、急性心力衰竭等；②参与药物或其他干预研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Serious complications, such as severe infection, acute heart failure, etc.; ② Patients participating in drug or other intervention studies.
