研究目的：

本研究旨在建立18-30岁ALT正常的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的抗病毒治疗的有效性和安全性回顾性队列，收集该人群使用“恩替卡韦（ETV）、富马酸丙酚替诺福韦(TDF)、富马酸丙酚替诺福韦(TAF)或恩替卡韦+聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b(IFN-α-2b)”抗病毒治疗的反应性、病毒载量、表面抗原等临床资料，对比“大三阳”患者不同病毒载量抗病毒治疗的有效性和安全性，为18-30岁ALT正常的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的抗病毒治疗提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to establish a retrospective cohort of efficacy and safety of antiviral therapy in 18-30 year old patients with HBeAG-positive chronic viral hepatitis B with normal ALT. Clinical data such as reactivity, viral load, and surface antigen were collected for antiviral treatment with Entecavir (ETV), tenofovir profofovir fumarate (TDF), Tenofovir profofovir fumarate (TAF), or Entecavir + pegylated interferon-α-2B (IFN-α-2b). To compare the efficacy and safety of antiviral therapy with different viral loads in "Dasanyang" patients, and provide data support for antiviral therapy in 18-30 years old HBeAG-positive chronic hepatitis B patients with normal ALT.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄18-30岁； 2)HBsAg高水平＞0.05IU/mL； 3)ALT≤1×ULN（连续随访3 次及以上，每次至少间隔3个月）； 4)HBeAg阳性； 5)HBV DNA阳性（或者＞104IU/mL，＜2×107IU/mL）； 6)肝脏病理学无明显炎症坏死和纤维化； 7)初治（既往未使用过NAs或干扰素抗乙肝病毒治疗药物）。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-30; 2)HBsAg high level > 0.05IU/mL; 3)ALT≤1×ULN (3 or more consecutive follow-up visits, each interval of at least 3 months); 4) Positive HBeAg; 5) Positive HBV DNA (or > 104IU/mL, < 2×107IU/mL); 6) Liver pathology showed no obvious inflammation, necrosis and fibrosis; 7) Initial treatment (no previous NAs or interferon anti-hepatitis B virus therapy drugs).

排除标准：

1) 年龄≥30岁； 2) 经治患者； 3) ALT＞1×ULN； 4) 肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝癌及其他恶性肿瘤； 5) 酗酒或药瘾者； 6) 合并HAV、HCV、HDV、HEV感染以及自身免疫性肝病的患者； 7) 合并使用免疫抑制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Age ≥30 years old; 2) Treated patients; 3) ALT > 1×ULN; 4) Liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, liver cancer and other malignant tumors; 5) Alcoholics or drug addicts; 6) Patients with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV infection and autoimmune liver disease; 7) Combined use of immunosuppressants.
