研究目的：

通过横断面调查了解肺癌患者术后肺康复训练现状，基于IMB理论制定早期肺康复护理干预方案，观察对肺康复锻炼依从性、肺功能、自身健康状况的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Through cross-sectional investigation, the current situation of postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation training in lung cancer patients was investigated, and the early pulmonary rehabilitation nursing intervention program was formulated based on IMB theory, and the intervention effect on pulmonary rehabilitation exercise compliance, lung function and self-health status was observed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据原发性肺癌诊疗规范（2021年版）指定的非小细胞肺癌诊断标准； （2）年龄在35～70岁； （3）胸腔镜手术肺叶切除； （4）高分辨CT显示肿块≤3cm； （5）无影响运动的神经、肌肉、关节病变； （6）自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书； （7）术前生活自理、清醒且能正常交流。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnostic criteria for non-small cell lung cancer specified in the Code of Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Lung Cancer (2021 Edition); (2) Age 35~70 years old; (3) thoracoscopic lobectomy; (4) High-resolution CT showed a mass ≤ 3cm; (5) No neurological, muscular and joint lesions that affect movement; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; (7) Self-care, sober and able to communicate normally before surgery.

排除标准：

（1）非小细胞肺癌术后复发者； （2）肺癌为转移癌，非原发病灶及存在远处转移者； （3）术前接受化疗等特殊治疗者； （4）肝、肾、心、脑、肺等器官功能不全； （5）有肺部手术史； （6）术前活动障碍； （7）病情恶化者或改变原有干预方案者； （8）不能耐受或者拒绝肺康复训练； （9）合并其它恶性肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with recurrence of non-small cell lung cancer after surgery; (2) Lung cancer is metastatic cancer, non-primary lesion and distant metastasis; (3) Those who receive special treatment such as chemotherapy before surgery; (4) Insufficiency of liver, kidney, heart, brain, lungs and other organs; (5) Have a history of lung surgery; (6) preoperative activity disorder; (7) Those whose condition deteriorates or changes the original intervention plan; (8) Inability to tolerate or refuse pulmonary rehabilitation training; (9) Patients with other malignant tumors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究人员根据受试者的问卷资料载入病例报告表，并由两人两台计算机将数据载入数据库系统，对其进行比对后，再进行分类保存，多份备份保存在不同的磁盘，妥善保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Researchers load the case report form based on the questionnaire data of the subjects, and two people and two computers load the data into the database system. After comparing them, they classify and save them. Multiple backups are saved on different disks for proper storage.
