探讨孕妇孕晚期睡眠质量对婴儿自我调节行为的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of sleep quality on infant self-regulation behavior in the third trimester of pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥20、≤35周岁的孕产妇及其婴儿；2.理解认知能力正常，有清晰的表达能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women and their infants aged ≥20 years and ≤35 years; 2. Normal understanding and cognitive ability, with clear expression ability.

排除标准：

1.孕前诊断为睡眠障碍类疾病或使用安眠药等药物； 2.孕前患严重躯体疾病（免疫性疾病，严重心、肝、肾功能异常，肿瘤，感染性疾病）或精神疾病； 3.孕妇有遗传代谢性疾病或染色体异常疾病者； 4.胎儿明确诊断畸形或孕早期母体致畸病毒感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sleep disorders or the use of sedative medications diagnosed before pregnancy; 2.Severe physical diseases (autoimmune diseases, severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, tumors, infectious diseases) or mental illnesses diagnosed before pregnancy; 3.Mothers with hereditary metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; 4. Clear diagnosis of fetal malformations or maternal viral infections causing teratogenic effects in early pregnancy.
