研究目的：

通过实施枕后位/枕横位孕妇分娩赋能健康教育方案，探讨赋能教育对枕后位/枕横位孕妇自我效能感、分娩控制感、分娩体验感等指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the implementation of empowering health education program for delivery of occipito-posterior/occipito-transverse pregnant women, to explore the effects of empowering education on indicators such as self-efficacy, sense of delivery control and sense of delivery experience of occipito-posterior/occipito-transverse pregnant women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18～45岁；②单胎妊娠；③足月妊娠（37周～41+6周）；④宫口开5 cm时经B超结合阴道检查确诊为枕后位/枕横位；⑤产妇选择阴道试产。

Inclusion criteria

① The age ranges from 18 to 45 years; (2) single pregnancy; ③ Full-term pregnancy (37 ~ 41+6 weeks); (4) When the uterine opening was 5 cm, it was diagnosed as occipito-posterior/occipito-transverse position by B-ultrasound combined with vaginal examination; ⑤ Maternal choice vaginal trial birth.

排除标准：

①有严重妊娠合并症或骨盆严重畸形无法经阴道分娩；②四肢不能自主活动或有脊柱关节异常；③有精神疾病、神经系统疾病；④有严重视力、听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe pregnancy complications or severe pelvic deformity can not be delivered vaginally; (2) limbs can not move autonomously or spinal joint abnormalities; ③ Have mental illness, nervous system disease; ④ severe visual and hearing impairment.

干预组在常规护理的基础上，还接受基于赋能理论的分娩教育方案。基于赋能的分娩教育方法和内容：在孕妇宫口扩张5cm，经阴道检查结合超声检查确诊为枕后位或枕横位时，助产士向其发放《健康赋能手册》，并按照赋能教育方案进行实施。赋能教育干预方案具体内容包括：①确立问题。②表达情感。③设定目标。④确定计划。⑤评价结果。

In addition to routine care, the intervention group also received childbirth education program based on empowerment theory. Methods and contents of empowerment-based delivery education: When the pregnant woman's uterine opening is dilated 5cm and confirmed to be in the occipital posterior or transverse position by vaginal examination combined with ultrasound, the midwife will issue the Health Empowerment Manual to her and implement the empowerment education program. The specific content of the intervention program of enabling education includes: ① Establish the problem. ② Express emotion. 3. Set goals. ④ Make a plan. (5) Evaluation results.

产妇分组信息保存在1个不透明的密封信封中。数据收集由1位负责产妇产后护理的助产士完成，该助产士不清楚产妇的分组情况。数据分析人员也不清楚产妇的分组情况。

Blinding：

A computer-generated sequence of random numbers was completed by a research assistant who was not involved in the data collection, and the sequence was kept in an opaque sealed envelope. Data collection was done by a midwife in charge of postpartum care who was not aware of the grouping of women. The data analysts also did not know how the women were grouped.
