研究以超重/肥胖患者为研究对象，采取医学营养干预，研究超重/肥胖患者医学营养干预效果差异及相关测量指标变化，为提高减重效果、实施个性化医学营养干预获得更优的减重管理方案提供依据。

纳入标准：

1: 年龄在18-65岁（包括18岁和65岁） 2: BMI 24.0-40.0kg/m^2 3: 精神和认知正常，可完成基本的交流与沟通，能配合研究 4: 愿意签署项目《知情同意书》 5: 在当地居住至少1年

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

Exclusion criteria：
