本项目基于临床上高原藏族2型糖尿病认知障碍机制不清、缺乏预测及治疗靶点的难题设计课题,以“海马亚区结构—亚区和全脑功能连接”为研究重点,将联合海马亚区结构测量、FC分析技术分析,围绕高原藏族T2DM认知功能损害与海马亚区体积关系、海马亚区精细结构与全脑FC关系、认知功能损害的关系及机制这三个方面展开研究,寻找海马亚区多模态 寻MRI 表征-精神认知表征的关联模式,阐明早期认知障碍病理生理机制,为临床生物学标记和干预靶点提供新的思路和证 M据。同时为解决高原人群糖尿病认知功能改变及其相关脑机制的核心问题和关键环节奠定相关理论基础,对促进高原医学发展有着重要的指导意义。  

Objectives of Study:

This project is based on the problem of unclear cognitive disorder, lack of prediction and therapeutic target in clinical plateau Tibetan people, with "hippocampal subregion structure- -" Subregion and whole brain functional connectivity " is the main focus of research, combined with hippocampal subregion structure measurement and FC analysis technology analysis, around the plateau Tibetan cognitive impairment of T2DM and hippocampus The volume relationship in subregion, the relationship between fine structure of hippocampal subregion and whole brain FC, and the relationship and mechanism of cognitive impairment were studied to look for multimodal search in hippocampal subregion The association pattern of MRI representation-mental cognitive representation clarify the pathophysiological mechanism of early cognitive impairment, and provide new ideas and evidence for clinical biological markers and intervention targets M occupy. At the same time, it lays a relevant theoretical foundation for solving the core problems and key links of the cognitive function change of diabetes and its related brain mechanism in the plateau people, and promotes the plateau medicine Development is of great guiding significance.

纳入标准:

1.所有受试者需满足年龄范围为20-70岁、右利手、居住环境超过超过3500m的超高海拔地区。经内分泌专科医生根据美国糖尿病协会(ADA)颁布的指南对其进行诊断,将满足2型糖尿病的 受试者纳入2型糖尿病组,满足健康人群的受试者纳入正常对照组。本研究经医院伦理委员会审核通 过。告知所有受试者本研究的过程及注意事项,并签署知情同意书。所有受试者无MRI 检查禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

1.All subjects should meet an age range of 20-70 years, right-handed, and living in more than 3500m. They were diagnosed by endocrinologists according to the American Diabetes Association (ADA). Participants with type 2 diabetes were included in the type 2 diabetes group and subjects with healthy population were included in the normal control group. This study was approved by the hospital ethics committee. All subjects were informed of the process and precautions of the study and signed the informed consent form. All subjects had no contraindications for MRI examination.

排除标准:

1.有重大疾病,如肝硬化、心衰及癌症等; 2.大血管并发症(脑梗死或脑软化灶)、脑外伤、脑脓肿等 中枢神经系统炎性病变者; 3.既往患有神经精神疾病包括抑郁症和急性应激状态者; 4.近期服用过精神活性药物或激 素; 5.有磁共振检查禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with major diseases, such as cirrhosis, heart failure and cancer; 2. large vascular complications (cerebral infarction or encephalomalacia lesions), brain trauma, brain abscess and other central nervous system inflammatory lesions; 3. patients with neuropsychiatric diseases including depression and acute stress; 4. has recently taken psychoactive drugs or hormones; 5. patients with magnetic resonance examination contraindications.
