纳入标准: |
课题一:多中心儿童CNS感染病原诊断策略的优化与实施评价: (1)疑似儿童细菌性脑膜炎标准,符合世界卫生组织(WHO)细菌性脑膜炎监测病例分类标准改良版:① 生后28天至18岁;② 急性起病;③ 有发热(腋温≥38℃)和或以下临床表现:头疼、意识改变、拒乳、呕吐、易激惹、嗜睡、肌张力低下、抽搐发作、前囟饱满或者隆起,1 项以上脑膜炎临床症状体征;④ 有以下2种情况之一:脑脊液常规 WBC >100个/ml;或脑脊液常规 WBC 10~100个/ml 且脑脊液外观改变或葡萄糖<40mg/dl 或蛋白>100mg/dl。 (2)疑似儿童脑炎标准:① 生后28天至18岁;② 急性起病;③ 有发热且满足以下之一:头痛、呕吐、抽搐、意识障碍;④ 脑脊液细胞数≥15个/ml。 课题二:儿童CNS感染“宿主生物标记物联合临床微生物学检测病原诊断模型”的构建与验证 (1)疑似儿童细菌性脑膜炎标准,符合世界卫生组织(WHO)细菌性脑膜炎监测病例分类标准改良版:① 生后28天至18岁;② 急性起病;③ 有发热(腋温≥38℃)和或以下临床表现:头疼、意识改变、拒乳、呕吐、易激惹、嗜睡、肌张力低下、抽搐发作、前囟饱满或者隆起,1 项以上脑膜炎临床症状体征;④ 有以下2种情况之一:脑脊液常规 WBC >100个/ml;或脑脊液常规 WBC 10~100个/ml 且脑脊液外观改变或葡萄糖<40mg/dl 或蛋白>100mg/dl。 (2)疑似儿童脑炎标准:① 生后28天至18岁;② 急性起病;③ 有发热且满足以下之一:头痛、呕吐、抽搐、意识障碍;④ 脑脊液细胞数≥15个/ml。 |

Inclusion criteria |
Project 1: Optimization and implementation evaluation of a multicenter strategy for pathogenic diagnosis of CNS infections in children. (1) suspected bacterial meningitis in children, in line with the World Health Organization (WHO) bacterial meningitis surveillance case classification criteria improved: ① 28 days after birth to 18 years old; ② acute onset of disease; ③ fever (axillary temperature ≥ 38 ° C) and or the following clinical signs: headache, altered consciousness, refusal to breastfeeding, vomiting, irritability, lethargy, hypotonia, convulsive episodes, fontanel full or bulging, more than one Clinical signs of meningitis; ④ one of the following two conditions: cerebrospinal fluid routine WBC > 100 / ml; or cerebrospinal fluid routine WBC 10 ~ 100 / ml and changes in the appearance of cerebrospinal fluid or glucose < 40mg / dl or protein > 100mg / dl. 课题一:多中心儿童CNS感染病原诊断策略的优化与实施评价: 1.自身免疫性脑炎病例; 2.肿瘤性疾病中枢神经系统受累病例; 3.留取脑脊液为血性脑脊液病例; 4.留取脑脊液量小于1ml患儿; 5.各种原因拒绝入组患儿。 课题二:儿童CNS感染“宿主生物标记物联合临床微生物学检测病原诊断模型”的构建与验证 1.自身免疫性脑炎病例; 2.肿瘤性疾病中枢神经系统受累病例、免疫缺陷病病例或服用免疫抑制剂病例; 3.留取脑脊液为血性脑脊液病例; 4.留取脑脊液量小于1ml患儿; 5.各种原因拒绝入组患儿; 6.明确病原诊断者。 |
