开展DL重建闭塞冠脉血管辅助CTO-PCI治疗的可行性的临床随机对照研究  

Objectives of Study：

A clinical randomized controlled study on the feasibility of DL reconstruction of occluded coronary arteries assisted with CTO-PCI treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.CTO发病时间在3个月以上；
2.远端血管直径在2mm以上，均未接受PCI术治疗；
3.患者及家属对本研究内容知情且同意的；
4.J-CTO评分大于及等于1分；

Inclusion criteria

1. Chronic total occlusion of the coronary artery persisting for more than 3 months. (2) Diameter of distal vessel exceeds 2 mm, rendering the patient eligible for PCI treatment. (3) Informed consent obtained from patients and their families to participate in the study. (4) J-CTO score of 1 or higher.

排除标准：

1.靶血管闭塞时间小于3个月；
2.近3个月发生过明确的心肌梗死病史；
3.不愿意参加该项临床研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Occlusion of the target vessel lasting less than 3 months. (2) History of definite myocardial infarction within the past 3 months. (3) Lack of willingness to participate in this clinical study;
