研究目的：

1. 主要目的：研究中国女性癫痫患者生殖内分泌紊乱的潜在危险因素及机制 2. 次要目的：研究中国女性癫痫患者临床特征、激素水平、认知功能及脑功能活动的相关性，以及接受生殖内分泌紊乱治疗后上述特征的改变。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to study the potential risk factors and mechanisms of reproductive endocrine disorders in Chinese women with epilepsy 2. Secondary purpose: to study the correlation between the clinical characteristics, hormone levels, cognitive functions and brain functional activities of Chinese women with epilepsy, as well as the changes of the above characteristics after treatment for reproductive endocrine disorders.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄14-45周岁；（2）女性；（3）诊断为癫痫；（4）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) aged 14-45;(2) female;(3) diagnosed as epilepsy;(4) sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）年龄<14周岁或>45周岁；（2）男性；（3）不符合癫痫诊断标准。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)<14 years old or >45 years old;(2) male;(3) do not meet the diagnostic criteria of epilepsy.
