研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨布拉氏酵母对青少年重度抑郁症（MDD）的治疗效果，并分析肠道微生物群和下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺（HPA）轴的活性是否在二者之间发挥中介作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effect of Sb on adolescents with MDD and to analyze whether gut microbiota and HPA axis activity mediate the association between them.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄不小于 13 岁，同时不超过 18 岁，自愿参与并完成研究，取得监护人知情同意； 2）纳入对象与中国精神疾病分类与诊断第三版（CCMD-3）中抑郁症的诊断要求符合； 3）受试者语言、听力正常； 4）在研究过程中不食用富含益生菌的发酵食品； 5）所有受试者服用统一的抗抑郁药，其稳定剂量为 6 周或更长时间，并被要求在整个研究过程中不做出改变。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 13 and 18 years old, voluntarily participating and completing the study with informed consent from their guardian. 2. Participants meet the diagnostic criteria for depression as per the Chinese Classification of Mental Disorders, 3rd edition (CCMD-3). 3. Normal language and hearing abilities. 4. Participants do not consume probiotic-rich fermented foods during the study. 5. All participants are on a stable dose of the same antidepressant medication for at least 6 weeks prior to the study, and are required to maintain this regimen throughout the study.

排除标准：

1）双相情感障碍； 2）计划在 3 个月内住院或手术； 3）试验开始前三个月发生过过敏反应； 4）对补充剂的任何成分（布拉氏酵母菌、麦芽糊精）过敏； 5）体重指数超过 30； 6）试验开始前 3 个月使用全身抗菌或抗真菌药物； 7）试验开始前 3 个月摄入其他益生菌； 8）素食者。此外，出现严重不良反应的参与者将退出试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of bipolar disorder. 2. Plans for hospitalization or surgery within 3 months. 3. History of allergic reactions within 3 months prior to the trial. 4. Allergy to any components of the supplement (Saccharomyces boulardii, maltodextrin). 5. Body mass index (BMI) over 30. 6. Use of systemic antibiotics or antifungal agents within 3 months prior to the trial. 7. Intake of other probiotics within 3 months prior to the trial. 8. Vegetarian diet. Additionally, participants who experience serious adverse reactions will be withdrawn from the trial.

随机化过程将由武汉大学公共卫生学院的统计学家进行。每位参与者将在注册时被分配一个唯一的识别号码。使用SPSS 26.0将进行块大小为2的分层随机化，按照性别进行分层。

The randomization process will be conducted by statisticians from the School of Public Health, Wuhan University. Each participant will be assigned a unique identification number upon enrollment. Stratified randomization with a block size of 2 will be performed using SPSS 26.0, stratifying by gender.
