Objectives of Study：

To explore the influencing factors of health-related quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease and their caregivers

纳入标准：

1.患者经临床确诊为帕金森病;2.年龄大于 18 周岁;3.患者或家属签 署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient was clinically diagnosed with Parkinson's disease; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Patients or family members sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.已知会干扰参与研究的痴呆或精神类疾病史;2. 患者没有足够阅读或认知能力，无法使用手机或填写问卷。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of dementia or mental illness known to interfere with study participation; 2. The patient does not have enough reading or cognitive skills to use a cell phone or fill out a questionnaire.
