研究目的：

1.主要目的:随机、对照对比研究借用腕管松解套装与传统开放性手术进行腓肠肌挛缩松解的临床疗效。 2.次要目的: （1）观察借用腕管松解套装与传统开放性手术进行腓肠肌挛缩松解患者踝关节背伸角度的变化； （2）通过并发症发生率评估腕管松解套装进行腓肠肌挛缩松解的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objectives: To study the clinical efficacy of carpal tunnel release kit and traditional open surgery for gastrocnemius muscle contracture release. 2. Secondary Purpose: (1) To observe the changes of ankle dorsal extension Angle in patients with gastrocnemius muscle contracture release using carpal tunnel release kit and traditional open surgery; (2) The safety of carpal tunnel release kit for gastrocnemius muscle contracture release was evaluated by the incidence of complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄12-65周岁，性别不限；
2.诊断为腓肠肌挛缩的患者（诊断标准：Silfverski?ld 试验阳性）；
3.足踝部疾病的手术治疗，需要同时结合腓肠肌松解手术；
4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 12-65, no gender limit;
2. Patients diagnosed with gastrocnemius muscle contracture (diagnostic criteria: Silfverski? Ld test was positive);
3. The surgical treatment of foot and ankle diseases should be combined with gastrocnemius muscle release surgery;
4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤；
2.感染；
3.手术区伤口感染或近期血培养细菌呈阳性的患者；
4.Hgb<7g/dl或凝血功能严重异常，PT>正常值10s以上，或血小板<60×10^9/L；
5.妊娠期妇女；
6.肝硬化失代偿、尿毒症或重度脑外伤；
7.既往有腓肠肌松解史或者跟腱手术史的患者；
8.正参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Malignant tumor;
2. With infection;
3. Patients with wound infection or recent positive blood culture of bacteria in the surgical area;
4. Hgb<7g/ dL or severely abnormal coagulation function, PT> 10s or more, or platelet <60x10^9/L;
5. Pregnant patients;
6. Decompensated liver cirrhosis, uremia, or severe brain trauma;
7. Patients with gastrocnemius muscle release history or Achilles tendon surgery history;
8. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
