研究目的：

了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者吞咽障碍的研究热点及发展趋势，以及探讨回授法多元化健康教育在改善患者健康状况、提升生活质量、增强日常生活活动能力、预防吸入性肺炎以及提升健康教育满意度方面的干预效果与实践方式，对于深入推广该健康教育模式在临床护理工作中的应用，以及针对老年COPD患者吞咽障碍实施干预的必要性，具有重大的现实意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the research hotspot and development trend of swallowing disorder in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and to explore the intervention effect and practice of multiple health education with feedback method in improving patients' health status, improving quality of life, enhancing activities of daily living, preventing aspiration pneumonia and improving satisfaction with health education. It is of great practical significance to further promote the application of this health education model in clinical nursing work and the necessity of implementing intervention for swallowing disorder in elderly COPD patients.

纳入标准：

纳入标准： (同时满足以下所有条件) (1)入院诊断与中华医学会呼吸病学会于2021年修订的慢阻肺指南相符合[70] ； (2)洼田饮水试验结果为Ⅲ、Ⅳ级者； (3)年龄：根据《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》规定，年龄在60岁及以上的患者； (4)生命体征稳定，意识清晰，能够理解和执行研究者发出的简单指令，并具备有效沟通的能力； (5)患者充分了解本研究的内容与目的，并自愿签署知情同意书，同意参与本研究； (6)患者或家属中能有一位会使用微信者。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (All of the following conditions are also met) (1) Admission diagnosis was consistent with the COPD guidelines revised by the Respiratory Disease Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2021 [70]; (2) The results of the drinking water test were Ⅲ and Ⅳ; (3) Age: patients aged 60 or above according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly; (4) Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, ability to understand and execute simple instructions issued by researchers, and ability to communicate effectively; (5) Patients fully understand the content and purpose of this study, and voluntarily sign informed consent and agree to participate in this study; (6) One patient or family member can use wechat.

排除标准：

排除标准： (满足以下任意一条即排除) (1)存在吞咽障碍风险的疾病包括：神经系统疾病、胃食管反流病、有气管切开病史的患者以及头颈部肿瘤患者等； (2)视力、听力或语言交流障碍者； (3)认知障碍者； (4)参与其他研究者； (5)资料收集不完整者； (6)住院天数＜12天的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (Excluded if any of the following is met) (1) Diseases at risk for swallowing disorders include neurological disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease, patients with a history of tracheotomy, and patients with head and neck tumors; (2) Persons with visual, hearing or speech impairment; (3) People with cognitive disabilities; (4) Participate in other researchers; (5) Incomplete data collection; (6) Patients with less than 12 days in hospital.

采用随机数字表法，将90例患者按照入组顺序逐一编号，并将这些编号逐一录入SPSS26.0软件编号列。接着在SPSS26.0的转换模块中启动随机数生成器，并将起点设定为一个固定的数值。这一步骤的目的是确保生成的随机结果具有最大的随机性，以保证研究的公正性和准确性。

A random number table method was used to number 90 patients one by one according to the enrollment order, and these numbers were entered into the SPSS26.0 software number column one by one. The random number generator is then started in the conversion module of SPSS26.0 and the starting point is set to a fixed value. The purpose of this step is to ensure that the generated random results have maximum randomness to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the study.
