研究目的：

（1）研究PLTP对胆固醇结石形成、胆汁酸组分和含量的影响； （2）阐明PLTP调控胆汁酸代谢的分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Study the effects of PLTP on the formation of cholesterol stones, bile acid composition and content; (2) Clarify the molecular mechanism by which PLTP regulates bile acid metabolism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2024年5月1日至2025年12月31日因胆系肿瘤或胆石症等病因住院拟行胆囊摘除术患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients admitted to the hospital from May 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 due to biliary tumors or gallstones and other causes, who are planning to undergo cholecystectomy;

排除标准：

1.接受免疫抑制剂治疗的患者；
2.纳入之前已行胆囊手术的患者；
3.接受其他临床研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy;
2.Patients who have undergone previous gallbladder surgery;
3.Accept other clinical studies;
