研究目的：

通过12周的绿墙暴露干预，探讨室内绿墙暴露对大学生身心健康的影响，并通过测定血液中压力激素、代谢物的变化，探讨绿墙暴露可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The effects of indoor green wall exposure on the physical and mental health of college students were investigated through 12-week intervention of green walls exposure, and the possible mechanism of green walls exposure was investigated by measuring the changes of blood stress hormones and metabolites.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄 18-25 岁； 2、近1个月未服用可能影响研究结果的药物者（抗抑郁药、激素类药物等）； 3、自愿参加并按要求签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1, age 18-25 years old; 2. Patients who have not taken any drugs that may affect the study results (antidepressants, hormone drugs, etc.) in the past 1 months; 3. Participates voluntarily and sign informed consent as required.

排除标准：

1 、近1个月吸烟者； 2 、有任何精神疾病史者； 3 、有任何明显的社交障碍和焦虑者； 4 、近1个月饮酒者； 5 、依从性差，不能完成试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Smoker in the past 1 months; 2. Participates have any history of mental illness; 3. Participates have any obvious social barriers and anxiety; 4. Drinkers in the past 1 months; 5. Participates have poor compliance and can not complete the test.
