研究目的：

通过探索正常人、糖尿病、糖尿病足患者红外热成像分布规律，为红外热成像应用于代谢性疾病提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To provide a basis for the application of infrared thermography in metabolic diseases by exploring the distribution of infrared thermography in normal people, diabetic patients and diabetic foot patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合糖尿病、糖尿病足（Wagner 0期 ）诊断标准；②年龄：18-80岁，性别不限；③同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。注：正常组满足②③即可。

Inclusion criteria

① Meeting the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot Wagner stage 0; ② Age: 18-80 years old, both sexes; ③ agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Note: Normal group can meet ②③.

排除标准：

①生理期、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女；②既往有心脑血管疾病、严重肝肾功能不全、血液病、严重创伤或大手术病史者；③就诊时伴有糖尿病酮症酸中毒或高血压危象或高血压脑病等危重疾病者；④以体温异常为主要表现的疾病，如感染状态、甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺功能减低、急性甲状腺炎、血容量不足等；其他类型的神经病变；局部皮肤破损者；⑤既往有精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Women in physiological period, pregnancy and lactation; ② patients with previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, hematologic diseases, severe trauma or major surgery; ③ patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertensive crisis or hypertensive encephalopathy; ④ diseases with abnormal body temperature as the main manifestation, such as infection, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, acute thyroiditis, hypovolemia, etc.; Other types of neuropathy; Patients with local skin damage; 5) past history of mental illness.
