研究目的：

本研究探讨理筋正骨手法治疗慢性颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效，从而为临床更好的治疗慢性筋骨病奠定基础  

Objectives of Study：

The present study investigates the clinical efficacy of the orthopedic manipulation in the treatment of chronic neck, shoulder, lumbar and leg pain, so as to lay the foundation for better clinical treatment of chronic musculoskeletal diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 符合慢性颈肩腰腿痛的慢性颈痛、肩周炎、肩袖损伤、非特异性下背痛、膝骨性关节炎、髌骨股骨综合征及踝扭伤的诊断标准； （2）年龄18～70岁，病程≥3个月； （3）意识清晰且具备良好的沟通能力，能够配合治疗; （4）自愿参与研究，愿意配合治疗并随访，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic neck pain, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, nonspecific lower back pain, osteoarthritis of the knee, patellofemoral syndrome, and ankle sprain for chronic neck, shoulder, and low back pain; (2) Age 18 to 70 years old, disease duration ≥ 3 months; (3) Clear consciousness and good communication skills, able to cooperate with the treatment. (4) Voluntarily participate in the study, willing to cooperate with the treatment and follow-up, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）由于骨折、脱位、肿瘤、感染等具体原因导致的颈肩腰腿痛； （2）伴有脊髓症状的颈部疼痛； （3）局部皮肤破溃，皮肤病或皮肤感觉障碍； （4）有认知障碍且无法配合治疗者； （5）患有严重的原发疾病、精神病等者； （6）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； （7）合并心、脑血管系统疾病，严重的肝肾功能异常，凝血功能异常，严重的心电图异常等； （8）不同意签署本研究的知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Neck, shoulder, back and leg pain due to specific causes such as fractures, dislocations, tumors and infections; (2) Neck pain with spinal cord symptoms; (3) Localized skin breakdown, skin disease or skin sensory disorders; (4) Those with cognitive impairment and unable to cooperate with treatment; (5) Those with serious primary illnesses, mental illnesses, etc; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases, serious abnormalities of liver and kidney functions, abnormalities of coagulation function, serious abnormalities of electrocardiogram, etc; (8) Do not agree to sign the informed consent for this study.
