研究目的：

探讨不同FiO2对妇科腹腔镜手术患者肺不张的影响，以期能更好的指导机械通气期间肺保护性通气策略的实施，减少术后肺不张，改善患者临床预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of different FiO2 on atelectasis in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery, in order to better guide the implementation of lung protective ventilation strategy during mechanical ventilation, reduce postoperative atelectasis and improve the clinical prognosis of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.妇科腹腔镜手术患者； 2.手术时间1h以上； 3.年龄30～65岁； 4.ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级； 5.BMI18～30kg/m^2； 6.?氧饱和度（SpO2）呼吸室内空气时≥ 94%； 7.签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.patients undergoing Gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 2.The operation time is more than 1 hour; 3.Age 30 ~ 65 years old; 4.ASA grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ; 5.BMI18~30kg/m^2; 6.Oxygen saturation (SpO2) ≥ 94% when breathing indoor air; 7.Sign informed consent;

排除标准：

1.术后拔管困难；
2.术前存在肺部合并症如：慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺部感染等；
3.术前存在肺不张；
4.阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
5.心功能不全；
6.术中更改手术方式；
7.其他研究者认为不宜纳入研究的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Postoperative extubation was difficult;
2.There were pulmonary complications such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection before operation;
3.There was atelectasis before surgery;
4.obstructive sleep apnea syndrome;
5.cardiac insufficiency;
6.The operative method was changed during the operation;
7.Conditions that other researchers did not consider appropriate for inclusion in the study;
