研究目的：

本研究基于前瞻性队列研究方法，对社区老年人跌倒伤害发生及健康状况展开追踪，应用Cox比例风险模型、SEM模型、Bayesian Network模型等探讨评估风险因素与结局之间的关联强度，并建立相应的发生风险预测模型。本研究结果将完善社区老年人跌倒发生风险评估体系，制定预防跌倒措施和健康管理政策，为“健康老龄化”生活模式和提高老年人健康服务管理水平提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the research method of prospective cohort, this study tracked the occurrence of falls injuries and health status among community-dwelling elderly people. By applying Cox proportional hazards regression, SEM models and Bayesian Network models, it is able to explore the associations between risk factors and healthy outcomes and establishe the corresponding risk prediction models. The results of this study will improve the risk assessment system of falls, formulate prevention measures and health management policies of falls for the elderly in the community, so as to provide the theoretical basis for the "healthy aging" lifestyle pattern and improvement on the level of health services management for the elderly.

纳入标准：

1.①前期调查在册的65岁及以上的老年人； ②在知情同意后自愿参与本项目。

Inclusion criteria

1.①Elderly people age 65 and over enrolled in the pre-survey;
2.②Voluntary participation in this project after informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有下列情况之一者需排除： ①患有严重疾病或者疾病急性发作期； ②患有精神心理异常或其他影响效果评价疾病者； ③有严重视听障碍，无法完成调查者； ④经多次联系仍拒绝调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.One of the following conditions needs to be excluded: ①Suffering from a serious disease or an acute attack of a disease;
2.②Those who suffer from mental psychological abnormalities or other diseases that affect the evaluation of results;
3.③Those who have a serious audio-visual impairment and are unable to complete the survey;
4.④Those who still refuse the survey after repeated contact.
