研究目的：

与常规鼻氧管对比，观察超重或肥胖患者行无痛胃镜检查过程中麻醉鼻罩可否预防或者减少低氧血症发生。  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate whether oxygenation using a anesthesia nasal mask can reduce the incidence of hypoxemia during gastroscopy under intravenous anesthesia in Overweight or Obese Patients compared with a traditional nasal oxygen tube

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 18~65岁； ②性别不限； ③ASA分级I~II级； ④BMI≥25kg/m2 ⑤受试者自愿参加本试验，并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18-65 years old ②Gender is not limited ③ASA grade I-II ④BMI≥25kg/m2 ⑤The subjects voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

①孕期或哺乳期； ②鼻塞或鼻、咽、口腔内急性炎症； ③胃镜检查操作下实施息肉切除等治疗； ④胃镜检查时长>1h； ⑤合并严重心律失常或心肺疾病； ⑥急诊及有误吸风险； ⑦过去6个月内有心肌梗死和不稳定型心绞痛病史； ⑧肺炎或脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2) <90%，不吸氧；

Exclusion criteria：

①Pregnancy or lactation ②Nasal congestion or acute inflammation in the nose, pharynx and oral cavity ③Polypectomy and other treatments are carried out under gastroscopy ④The duration of gastroscopy >1h ⑤Combined with severe arrhythmia or cardiopulmonary disease ⑥ Emergency and risk of aspiration. ⑦History of myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris within the past 6 months ⑧Pneumonia or pulse oximetry (SpO2) <90%, no oxygen
