探讨影响慢加急性肝衰竭患者发生肺部感染的危险因素，构建并验证慢加急性肝衰竭患者发生肺部感染的预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the risk factors that affect the occurrence of pulmonary infection in patients with chronic and acute liver failure, and construct and validate a predictive model for the occurrence of pulmonary infection in patients with chronic and acute liver failure

纳入标准：

1.病历资料齐全；2.住院时间> 1周；3.年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Complete medical record information; 2.Hospitalization time > 1 week; 3. Aged ≥ 18 years old.

排除标准：

1.伴有肾脏基础疾病、肾功能不全；2.伴有血液系统疾病及恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Accompanied with basic kidney diseases and renal insufficiency; 2. Accompanied by hematological diseases and malignant tumors.
