研究目的：

有氧运动在目前获得医学界的高度重视。因为其易进行、成本低、效果好及健康的优点，在各类疾病治疗中作为辅助应用。我们的研究计划采用“系统性有氧运动训练”对游戏成瘾的人群进行干预，有氧运动共8周，24次训练，每次约40分钟，由取得资格证的专业人员指导。探究有氧运动训练对游戏成瘾干预效果，以及这一过程中伴随的认知机制的良性变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Aerobic exercise has gained a great deal of attention in the medical community at the present time. It has been used as an adjunct in the treatment of various diseases because of its ease of administration, low cost, effectiveness and health benefits. In our study, we planned to use ‘systematic aerobic exercise training’ to intervene in people with game addiction. Aerobic exercise was conducted for 8 weeks, with 24 sessions of about 40 minutes each, under the guidance of certified professionals. We will investigate the effects of aerobic exercise training on gaming addiction and the positive changes in cognitive mechanisms that accompany this process.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.中国籍； 2.年龄18-35岁； 3.IAT量表（网络游戏成瘾量表）分数大于等于50，DSM-5分数大于等于5，同时结合游戏历史（大于2年）和游戏时间（大于2小时/天）； 4.视力或矫正视力正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Chinese nationality; 2. Aged 18-35 years old; 3. IAT scale (Online Game Addiction Scale) score greater than 50, DSM-5 score greater than 5, combined with the game history (more than 2 years) and the game time (more than 2 hours/day); 4. Normal vision or corrected vision.

排除标准：

1.经专业诊断的严重不稳定躯体或精神疾病（如哮喘、心脏病、心脑血管疾病、神经系统疾病、精神分裂症等）； 2.有酒精、药物等物质滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Seriously unstable physical or mental illness (e.g. asthma, heart disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurological diseases, schizophrenia, etc.); 2. A history of alcohol, drug and other substance abuse.
