研究目的：

1.探索无痛胃镜检查患者低氧血症危险因素 2.建立模型，绘制列线图，方便临床工作者使用  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the risk factors of hypoxemia in patients with painless gastroscopy 2.Establish the model and draw the column diagram for the convenience of clinical workers

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）择期行无痛胃镜检查患者； （2）年龄≥18岁； （3）ASA分级：Ι～Ⅲ （4）使用环泊酚镇静

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients scheduled for painless gastroscopy examination; (2) Aged 18 years or above; (3) ASA classification: I-III; (4) Anesthesia with ciprofol.

排除标准：

1）严重器官功能障碍者； （2）凝血功能障碍者； （3）检查前存在低氧血症者（SpO2<90%）； （4）妊娠期或哺乳期产妇； （5）对检查药物过敏； （6）对大豆过敏；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with severe organ dysfunction; (2) Individuals with coagulation disorders; (3) Individuals with hypoxemia prior to the examination (SpO2 < 90%); (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Individuals who are allergic to the examination drugs; (6) Individuals who are allergic to soy;
