研究目的：

1）探索癌症儿童发生肿瘤治疗相关重度血小板减少症的现状，并分析其危险因素。 2）建立癌症儿童发生肿瘤治疗相关重度血小板减少症的预测模型，完成临床验证，并通过模型可视化转换，为儿童CTRT实施标准化的临床管理提供可靠、便捷、有效的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Explore the current situation of severe thrombocytopenia related to tumor treatment in children with cancer and analyze its risk factors. 2) Establish a predictive model for severe thrombocytopenia related to tumor treatment in children with cancer, complete clinical validation, and provide reliable, convenient, and effective evidence for standardized clinical management of pediatric CTRT through model visualization conversion.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①7≤年龄≤18岁； ②确诊时无明显异常的脏器功能损害、无严重并发症； ③在本院完成1个或1个以上疗程的化疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. 7 ≤ Age ≤ 18 years old; 2. At the time of diagnosis, there were no obvious abnormalities in organ function damage and no serious complications; 3. Complete one or more cycles of chemotherapy in this hospital.

排除标准：

①拒绝完成知情同意； ②严重缺失研究相关资料（≥50%）； ③未完成化疗疗程者，包括放弃治疗、要求自动出院的患儿； ④存在其他可导致血小板减少的病因或使用了可能引起血小板减少的非化疗药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refuse to complete informed consent; 2. Serious lack of research related data (≥ 50%); 3. Those who have not completed the chemotherapy course, including children who have given up treatment and request automatic discharge; 4. There are other possible causes of thrombocytopenia or the use of non chemotherapy drugs that may cause thrombocytopenia.
