研究目的：

应用MRI相关序列（QSM、DTI以及MTR）对糖尿病患者周围神经进行扫描评估，寻找周围神经损伤早期诊断可靠的生物标记物；应用脂肪定量技术对神经周围肌群进行脂肪定量，探讨其与慢性糖尿病周围感觉运动神经病变（DPN）的相关性。通过影像方式提高DPN检出率，从而达到DPN早期诊断，从而对糖尿病相关并发症的预防、发展起到重要临床指导意义。  

Objectives of Study：

MRI-related sequences (QSM, DTI, and MTR) were used to scan and evaluate peripheral nerves in diabetic patients to find reliable biomarkers for early diagnosis of peripheral nerve injury, and fat quantification techniques were used to quantify fat in peripheral nerve muscle groups to explore its correlation with chronic diabetic peripheral sensory-motor neuropathy (DPN). The detection rate of DPN can be improved by imaging modality, so as to achieve the early diagnosis of DPN, thus playing an important clinical guidance significance for the prevention and development of diabetes-related complications.

纳入标准：

临床确诊为糖尿病患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with clinically diagnosed diabetes mellitus

排除标准：

由于其它原因，例如外伤等导致神经损伤；怀孕、腿部或膝关节手术史、接触神经毒剂史以及心血管、肺、内分泌、代谢、神经、神经肌肉或膝关节相关肌肉疾病的一般禁忌症；以及不能配合完成MR检查或图像质量不能达标的。

Exclusion criteria：

Nerve damage due to other reasons such as trauma; pregnancy, history of leg or knee surgery, history of exposure to nerve agents, and general contraindications to cardiovascular, pulmonary, endocrine, metabolic, neurological, neuromuscular, or knee-related muscular disorders; and inability to co-operate with the completion of the MR examination or substandard image quality.
