研究目的：

探究消化内镜质控管理平台在真实临床环境中对于各级医院消化内镜中心的肠镜检查质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of a quality control management platform for digestive endoscopy on the quality of colonoscopy examinations in endoscopy centers at various levels of hospitals in real clinical settings.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.内镜中心 未参与过消化内镜质量控制管理相关的专业培训或临床试验的内镜中心，所有在参与中心操作胃肠镜检查且符合入排标准的内镜医师均被邀请入组。 2.内镜医师 内镜经验大于1年的医师； 3.患者 ①患者年龄≥18岁； ②需进行诊断性、筛查性结肠镜检查或者结肠镜随访的患者； ③具备阅读、理解和签署知情同意书的能力； ④研究者认为受试者能够理解本临床研究的流程，愿意、能够配合及完成所有研究流程。

Inclusion criteria

1.Endoscopy Center Endoscopy centers that have not participated in professional training or clinical trials related to quality control management of digestive endoscopy. All endoscopists performing gastroenteroscopy at the participating centers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria are invited to enroll. 2.Endoscopists Endoscopists with more than 1 year of experience. 3.Patients ① Patients aged ≥18 years; ② Patients requiring diagnostic, screening, or follow-up colonoscopy; ③ Patients capable of reading, understanding, and signing the informed consent form; ④ Patients who, in the investigator’s opinion, are able to understand the clinical study procedures and are willing and able to cooperate and complete all study procedures.

排除标准：

1.内镜中心 ①无法在半年内完整接收质控反馈的措施； ②没有常规活检习惯。 2.内镜医师 无法全程参与研究。 3.患者 ①已参加其它临床试验，签署知情同意书并在其它临床试验的随访期内； ②研究者认为受试者不适合接受肠镜及相关检查； ③孕期或哺乳期妇女； ④近5年内有药物或者酒精滥用、精神疾病； ⑤已知或疑似多发息肉综合征、炎症性肠病、肠梗阻或穿孔、肠狭窄、结直肠占位性肿瘤； ⑥既往结直肠外科手术史； ⑦消化道出血患者； ⑧对预先使用过的解痉药或清肠剂有过敏史； ⑨由于凝血障碍或口服抗凝剂而无法进行活检和息肉切除； ⑩ 肠镜检查过程中因患者心脏、呼吸频率的快速变化、患者不耐受、梗阻、较大占位性病变、肠段准备不佳过早终止肠镜检查、未到达盲肠。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Endoscopy Center ① Unable to fully receive and implement quality control feedback measures within six months; ② Does not have the routine practice of performing biopsies. 2.Endoscopists Unable to participate in the study throughout its entire duration. 3.Patients ① Already enrolled in other clinical trials, having signed informed consent and still within the follow-up period of those trials; ② Patients whom the investigator deems unsuitable for colonoscopy or related examinations; ③ Pregnant or breastfeeding women; ④ History of drug or alcohol abuse, or mental illness within the past 5 years; ⑤ Known or suspected multiple polyposis syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction or perforation, bowel strictures, or colorectal tumors; ⑥ History of colorectal surgery; ⑦ Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding; ⑧ History of allergy to antispasmodics or bowel-cleansing agents previously used; ⑨ Unable to undergo biopsy or polypectomy due to coagulation disorders or use of anticoagulants; ⑩ Premature termination of colonoscopy due to rapid changes in heart or respiratory rate, patient intolerance, obstruction, large space-occupying lesions, poor bowel preparation, or failure to reach the cecum.
