研究目的：

以应激理论为指导，探讨自我表露干预在ASD儿童父母中的应用效果；通过凯斯勒心理困扰量表、亲职压力简表、照顾者疾病获益感中文版量表、简易应对方式问卷、连带内化污名量表对干预效果进行评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Guided by the theory of stress, this study explores the application effectiveness of self-disclosure intervention among parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The intervention effects are evaluated using the Kesler Psychological Distress Scale, Parenting Stress Index Short Form, Chinese version of Benefit Finding Scale, Simplified Copying Style Questionnaire, and Affiliate Stigma Scale.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①年龄≤14岁的ASD儿童的父亲/母亲；②ASD儿童符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版 (DSM-V)中ASD的诊断标准，并具有医院开具的诊断报告；③能够理解和完成各项干预内容，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Fathers/mothers of ASD children aged ≤14 years old; 2. ASD children who meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), and have a diagnostic report issued by a hospital; 3. Ability to understand and complete the intervention content and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：①患有严重精神疾病或存在沟通交流障碍；②近2年有其他重大心理创伤事件经历。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe mental illness or communication disorders; 2. Experience of other major psychological trauma events in the past 2 years.

根据纳入的顺序对ASD儿童父母依次进行编号，按照随机数字表法，将随机数字表生成的随机数字录入编号，每个编号对应1个随机数字，将随机数字从小到大排序，前36个随机数字对应的编号为干预组，后36个随机数字对应的编号为对照组。

Parents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were sequentially numbered according to their inclusion order. Using the random number table method, random numbers generated by the random number table were assigned to the corresponding numbers, and then these numbers were sorted from smallest to largest. The first 36 numbers corresponded to the intervention group, while the following 36 numbers corresponded to the control group.
