Objectives of Study：

1. To develop an intervention for the management of resistance to care in elderly care institutions; 2. To test the effectiveness of the intervention

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18周岁及以上； 2.直接照顾失智症患者的照护人员； 3.工作持续时间达1个月以上； 4.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Caregivers who directly care for people with dementia; 3.Work in a nursing home for more than one month; 4. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign informed consent

排除标准：

1.正在参与其他研究者； 2.因外出学习、进修、休假等无法参与培训者； 3.因可预见的原因中途退出者：退休、人事调动等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are participating in other research; 2. Those who are unable to participate in this study due to study away from home, further training, leave of absence, etc; 3. Those who withdraw midway for foreseeable reasons: retirement, personnel transfer, etc.
