研究目的：

探索中国晚期肺鳞状细胞癌患者中FGFR2b蛋白水平的表达、其与化疗/免疫治疗预后、及其与相应生物标志物表达情况的相关性，为将来靶向FGFR2b大分子或ADC类药物联合化疗、免疫治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigate the FGFR2b protein level expression among individuals diagnosed with advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma in China. Examine its association with prognosis in chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and its correlation with the expression of relevant biomarkers. This study aims to offer theoretical evidence for the potential targeting of FGFR2b macromolecules or ADC drugs in conjunction with chemotherapy and immunotherapy in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.晚期肺鳞状细胞癌（3b-4期）患者，男性或者女性；
2.可提供3-4张库存FFPE蜡块新鲜切片；
3.可提供历史性疾病特征与病史数据（包括但不限于生物标志物检测结果、免疫治疗或化疗方案及疗效信息）；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with advanced lung squamous cell carcinoma (stage 3b-4), male or female.
2.Can provide 3-4 pieces of stock FFPE wax block fresh sections.
3.Can provide historical disease characteristics and medical history data (including but not limited to biomarker test results, immunotherapy or chemotherapy regimens and efficacy information).

排除标准：

1.含腺鳞癌，小细胞肺癌成分的原发性肺癌；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Primary lung cancer containing components of adenosquamous cell carcinoma and small cell lung cancer;

The data collection and management in this study are two separate parts. First, data collection includes clinical information of cases and FGFR2b detection information. All the above data are recorded in a spreadsheet. The data management part is also recorded in a spreadsheet. And it is permanently stored in the computer. And necessary backups are made.
