研究目的：

建立并验证一种基于医学认知的人工智能模型，识别慢乙肝肝脏病理切片中的病变及其部位性质和程度、炎症细胞特点，进而分析描述慢乙肝肝脏病理模式，包括炎症分级、纤维化分期，联系临床信息，辅助判断临床严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish and verify an artificial intelligence model based on medical cognition to identify lesions, their site nature and degree, and the characteristics of inflammatory cells in pathological sections of chronic hepatitis B liver, and then analyze and describe the immune pattern of chronic hepatitis B liver pathology, and associate clinical information to assist in judging clinical severity.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.满足慢性乙肝肝炎的诊断标准：既往HBsAg和/或HBV DNA阳性＞6个月；
2.在既往研究中收集过病理组织和临床严重程度；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic hepatitis B: previous HBsAg and/or HBV DNA positive > 6 months;
2.Pathological tissue and clinical severity were collected in previous studies;

排除标准：

1.合并其他原发肝脏疾病：遗传代谢性肝病、先天性发育异常性肝病等；酒精性肝病，即饮酒时间大于5年，饮酒量：男>40g/d，女>20g/d；自身免疫性肝炎的简化表评分≥6分或复杂表评分≥10分，或与自身免疫性肝炎无法鉴别；
2.合并继发性肝脏疾病：缺血缺氧性肝炎，或淤血性肝病；
3.合并胆道疾病：原发性胆汁性胆管炎、原发性硬化性胆管炎、胆道梗阻等；
4.合并其他感染性疾病：其他嗜肝或非嗜肝病毒性肝炎、梅毒或艾滋病，寄生虫感染，脓毒症；
5.既往行肝脏移植、骨髓移植；
6.妊娠或哺乳期；
7.年龄小于18岁；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other primary liver diseases: hereditary metabolic liver disease, congenital dysplastic liver disease, etc. Alcoholic liver disease, that is, drinking time greater than 5 years, alcohol consumption: male > 40g/d, female > 20g/d; Autoimmune hepatitis has a simplified scale score of ≥6 or a complex scale score of ≥10, or is not distinguishable from autoimmune hepatitis;
2.Secondary liver disease: ischemic hypoxic hepatitis, or stasis liver disease;
3.Combined with biliary diseases: primary biliary cholangitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis, biliary obstruction, etc;
4.Associated with other infectious diseases: other hepatotropic or non-hepatotropic toxic hepatitis, syphilis or AIDS, parasitic infections, sepsis;
5.Previously, he had liver and bone marrow transplants;
6.Pregnancy or lactation;
7.Under 18 years of age;
