Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of the WLINBI and TXI modes on the adenoma missed rate of proximal colon

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

因筛查、监测和诊断接受结肠镜检查的40-85岁患者。

Inclusion criteria

Consecutive patients aged 40–85 years undergoing colonoscopy for screening, surveillance, or diagnostic purposes were recruited.

排除标准：

(1)盲肠插镜失败，(2)结肠镜进镜时Aronchick评分大于3分，(3)有结直肠外科切除史，(4)近1周曾服用抗血栓药物史，(5)炎症性肠病或肠结核，(6)家族性息肉综合征，(7)拒绝签署知情同意书。受试者剔除标准：(试验中，受试者若满足以下任意一项要求则剔除)退镜时间不合格(单次退镜时间<6分钟)，退镜过程分段BBPS评分<2分，息肉标本丢失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Failed cecal intubation (2) Aronchick score greater than 3 during colonoscopy insertion (3) Previous colorectal resection (4) History of taking antithrombotic medication in the past week (5) In?ammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis (6) Familial polyposis syndrome (7) Refuse to sign the informed consent form
