研究目的：

探索治疗效果长期有效的适用于功能性踝关节不稳的无创治疗方法，提高患者的生活质量，减少FAI篮球运动员患者踝关节扭伤复发率和膝、髋关节病变的发生；对比常规ESWT和从肌筋膜触发点下肢链条出发的ESWT对FAI篮球运动员患者的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore long-term effective non-invasive treatment methods for functional ankle instability, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the recurrence rate of ankle sprain and the occurrence of knee and hip lesions in FAI basketball players; To compare the efficacy of conventional ESWT and ESWT starting from the lower extremity chain of myofascial trigger point for FAI basketball players.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-30岁篮球运动员； （2）患肢有一次及以上反复扭伤，主观有腿打软或失控感； （3）最近一次踝扭伤距实验开始应≥1个月； （4）坎伯兰踝关节不稳量表（CAIT）得分≤24分; （5）踝关节前抽屉试验及距骨倾斜试验均为阴性。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Basketball players aged 18-30; (2) the affected limb has one or more repeated sprains, subjective feeling of leg weakness or loss of control; (3) The last ankle sprain should be ≥1 month from the start of the experiment; (4) Cumberland Ankle Instability Scale (CAIT) score ≤24 points; (5) Ankle front drawer test and talus tilt test were negative.

排除标准：

（1）踝关节周围有开放性损伤； （2）干预期间同时接受其他相关治疗； （3）患有心血管疾病（如高血压、心脏病）； （4）不能接受治疗方案及不能配合治疗； （5）符合冲击波禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Open injury around the ankle joint; (2) Receiving other related treatment during the intervention; (3) cardiovascular disease (such as high blood pressure, heart disease); (4) Unable to accept treatment plans and unable to cooperate with treatment; (5) Contraindications for shock wave.

The experimental operator divided the patients with functional ankle instability who met the inclusion criteria into the control group (15 cases), the experimental group (15 cases) and the experimental group (15 cases) according to the random number table method.
