研究目的：

评价基于LEARNS模式的自我管理干预在提升初治肺结核患者自我管理能力、增强结核病知识知晓率、提高服药依从性、改善健康结局等方面的效果，为促进肺结核患者成功完成全程化疗提供自我管理方案和参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of self-management intervention based on the LEARNS model in enhancing self-management ability of first-treatment tuberculosis patients, increasing the knowledge rate of tuberculosis, improving adherence to medication, and improving health outcomes, and to provide a self-management program and a reference basis for facilitating the successful completion of the full course of chemotherapy for tuberculosis patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①根据国家卫健康委颁布的《WS288-2017肺结核诊断》的标准[45]，诊断为肺结核；②登记类型为初治、非耐药肺结核患者；③计划接受至少6个月的标准化疗方案；④18岁≤年龄≤75岁；⑤自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Diagnosis of tuberculosis according to the criteria of WS288-2017 Tuberculosis Diagnosis issued by the National Health Commission [45]; ② registration type of patients with primary, non-drug-resistant tuberculosis; ③ planned to receive a standard chemotherapy regimen for at least 6 months; ④ 18 years old ≤ age ≤ 75 years old; and ⑤voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①合并艾滋病、乙肝等其他传染性疾病、严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾等脏器衰竭、伴咯血或病情危重者；②合并严重听力、视力障碍、精神异常等无法交流者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Combined with AIDS, hepatitis B and other infectious diseases, serious heart, lung, brain, liver, kidney and other organs failure, with hemoptysis or critical condition; ② combined with serious hearing, visual impairment, mental anomalies and other inability to communicate.
