研究目的：

验证PTCSL治疗胆肠吻合口狭窄合并复杂肝胆管结石病的安全性和有效性；筛选出胆肠吻合口狭窄合并复杂肝胆管结石病通过治疗后的结石复发高危因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the safety and effectiveness of PTCSL for the treatment of bile duct stones complicated with biliary-enteric anastomosis stricture; To explore the risk factors for stone recurrence after the treatment of bile duct stones complicated with biliary-enteric anastomosis stricture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、术前经CT、MRCP、胆道造影等检查确诊为胆肠吻合口狭窄合并合并肝胆管结石 2、年龄为18-70岁 3、一般情况良好，无重要脏器器质性损害和功能障碍，能耐受全身麻醉和开腹手术者 4、术前肝功能Child-Pugh A级或者Child-Pugh B级 5、凝血功能正常 6、既往至少有一次胆肠吻合术病史 7、患者及家属知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Preoperative CT, MRCP, cholangiography, or other examinations confirmed the diagnosis of bile duct stones after biliary enteric anastomosis; 2. Ages between 18 and 70; 3. The general condition is good without organ dysfunction, and the patients can tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 4. Preoperative liver function in Child Pugh A or Child Pugh B ; 5. Normal coagulation function; 6. At least one history of biliary-enteric anastomosis; 7. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1、患者有重要脏器器质性损害和功能障碍， 不能耐受全身麻醉和开腹手术者; 2、术前肝功能 Child-Pugh C 级; 3、凝血功能异常; 4、既往没有胆肠吻合术手术史的患者; 5、急性梗阻性化脓性胆管炎需要急诊手术患者; 6、伴有肝脏萎缩或者肝内胆管癌变患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients can not tolerate general anesthesia and open surgery; 2. Preoperative liver function in Child-Pugh C; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4. Patients without a history of biliary-enteric anastomosis; 5. Patients with acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis requiring emergency surgery; 6. Patients with liver atrophy or intrahepatic bile duct cancer.
