研究目的：

探究肠道微生物代谢物丁酸盐是否对DR的炎症水平发挥调控作用，为“肠-视网膜”轴的机制研究开辟新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether the gut microbiome metabolite butyrate regulates the inflammation level of DR. This will open up new ideas for the study of the ‘gut-retina’ axis mechanism.

纳入标准：

1.MH组纳入标准：年龄大于18岁，小于80岁；按照Kim等人的标准[Kim T, Kim S J, Kim K, et al. Profiling of vitreous proteomes from proliferative diabetic retinopathy and nondiabetic patients [J]. Proteomics, 2007, 7(22): 4203-4215.]确诊为IMH的患者：依据Gass分期，根据眼底常规检查和光学断层扫描检查及病史确诊为IMH；符合手术标准且同意手术的患者；能够理解、合作并能签署同意书的患者；双眼最佳矫正视力均高于0.1的患者。
2.DR组纳入标准：年龄大于18岁，小于80岁；对于实验组糖尿病性视网膜病变患者：根据《我国糖尿病视网膜病变临床诊疗指南（2022年）》诊断为增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变（Ⅴ期）的患者：患者眼底可见纤维血管膜，可存在视网膜前出血或玻璃体积血；符合手术标准且同意手术的患者；能够理解、合作并能签署同意书的患者.

Inclusion criteria

1.Inclusion criteria for MH group: age above 18 years old, age below 80 years old; According to Kim et al. [Kim T, Kim S J, Kim K, et al. Profiling of vitreous proteomes from proliferative diabetic retinopathy and nondiabetic patients [J]. Proteomics, 2007, 7(22): 4203-4215.] Patients diagnosed with IMH: According to Gass stage, routine fundus examination, optical tomography and medical history, IMH was confirmed. Patients who meet surgical criteria and consent to surgery; Patients who are able to understand, cooperate and sign consent forms; Patients with optimal corrected visual acuity greater than 0.1 in both eyes.
2.Inclusion criteria for DR Group: age above 18 years old, age below 80 years old; For patients with diabetic retinopathy in the experimental group: patients diagnosed as proliferative diabetic retinopathy (Stage V) according to the Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy (2022) in China: fibrovascular membrane can be seen in the fundus of patients, and there may be preretinal hemorrhage or vitreous hematoma; Patients who meet surgical criteria and consent to surgery; Patients who are able to understand, cooperate and sign consent forms.

排除标准：

1.MH组排除标准：DM、高血压等全身系统性疾病；有眼科手术史、外伤史者；其他眼部疾病者；全身及眼部用药史者；怀孕或哺乳期妇女；不能配合治疗的患者；精神系统疾病；生活不能自理无法配合治疗者；拒绝签署知情同意书者。
2.DR组排除标准：除DM外，患者存在其他全身系统性疾病；有眼科手术史、外伤史者；其他眼部疾病者；全身及眼部用药史者；怀孕或哺乳期妇女；不能配合治疗的患者；精神系统疾病；生活不能自理无法配合治疗者；拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.MH group exclusion criteria: DM, hypertension and other systemic diseases; Patients with a history of ophthalmic surgery or trauma; Other eye diseases; History of systemic and ocular drug use; Pregnant or lactating women; Patients who cannot respond to treatment; Mental system diseases; Those who cannot take care of themselves and cooperate with treatment; Refuse to sign informed consent.
2.Exclusion criteria for DR Group: patients with other systemic diseases except DM; Patients with a history of ophthalmic surgery or trauma; Other eye diseases; History of systemic and ocular drug use; Pregnant or lactating women; Patients who cannot respond to treatment; Mental system diseases; Those who cannot take care of themselves and cooperate with treatment; Refuse to sign informed consent.
