研究目的：

1.量化太极健肺养心功对中老年人群在心肺功能的康复效应； 2.探讨呼吸肌群功能改变与心肺功能变化之间的相关性，以期为后疫情时代下中老年人群的心肺疾病防治提供有效易行的康复指导。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To quantify the rehabilitation effect of Taiji on cardiopulmonary function in middle-aged and elderly people; 2.To investigate the correlation between changes in respiratory muscle group function and cardiopulmonary function, in order to provide effective and simple rehabilitation guidance for the prevention and treatment of cardiopulmonary disease in middle-aged and elderly people in the post-epidemic era.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄50-70岁； 2.基于国际体力活动问卷，日常活动量处于低中度活动量； 3.自愿参加本项目研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 50-70 years old; 2. According to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, the daily activity level is low to moderate; 3. Volunteer to participate in this research project.

排除标准：

1.各种急性、传染性、感染性疾病、内脏功能不全者； 2.存在心脑血管、呼吸系统器质性病变； 3.存在严重的肌肉骨骼疾病影响中高强度体力活动； 4.运动测试禁忌症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. All kinds of acute, infectious, infectious diseases, visceral insufficiency; 2. Organic diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and respiratory systems; 3. Severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting moderate to high intensity physical activity; 4. Exercise test contraindications.
