研究目的：

（1）描述乳腺癌化疗患者肿瘤治疗相关心脏毒性风险的发生发展现状； （2）构建并验证乳腺癌化疗患者肿瘤治疗相关心脏毒性风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To describe the occurrence and development of the risk of cardiotoxicity associated with tumor treatment in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy; (2) Construct and verify the risk prediction model of cardiotoxicity related to cancer treatment in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 病理诊断为早期乳腺癌（TNM分期I-III期）； （2） 年龄≥18 岁； （3） 既往无化疗、放疗、靶向治疗史； （4） 拟接受含蒽环类化疗药物的化疗方案（联合或不联合靶向药物治疗）； （5） 自愿配合，且预计能够参加本研究完整周期并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pathological diagnosis of early breast cancer (TNM stage I-III); (2) Age ≥18 years old; (3) No previous history of chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapy; (4) Chemotherapy regiments containing anthracyclines (combined with or without targeted drug therapy) are proposed; (5) Voluntarily cooperate, and expect to participate in the full cycle of the study and sign a written informed consent.

排除标准：

（1） 既往恶性肿瘤史； （2） 乳腺癌诊断前有明确的急性心力衰竭、急性心肌梗死、急性脑出血、严重瓣膜病、恶性心律失常、心功能NYHA分级Ⅳ级等严重心血管事件发生； （3） 合并心、肝、肺、肾等严重的器质性损伤性疾病； （4） 正在接受心理治疗或服用抗抑郁药等精神类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of malignant tumor; (2) Before the diagnosis of breast cancer, serious cardiovascular events such as acute heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral hemorrhage, severe valvular disease, malignant arrhythmia, NYHA grade IV occurred; (3) Complicated with heart, liver, lung, kidney and other serious organic injury diseases; (4) Are receiving psychotherapy or taking psychotropic drugs such as antidepressants.
