研究目的：

通过开展临床随机对照试验，评价生物反馈电刺激联合妇科射频治疗对盆底功能改善的近期效果，从而为产后早期盆底康复探索新方案。  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting clinical randomized controlled trials to evaluate the recent effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with gynecological radiofrequency therapy on the improvement of pelvic floor function, so as to explore a new scheme for early postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）分娩时孕周大于等于35周的产妇 （２）受试者自愿加入本项研究，且签署知情同意书 （3）产后6-8周开始进行干预治疗，直至产后13周内能够按要求完成治疗者（4）无认知障碍。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Maternal women with a gestational age of greater than or equal to 35 weeks during delivery (2) subjects voluntarily joined the study and signed an informed consent form (3) began intervention treatment at 6-8 weeks postpartum and completed the treatment as required within 13 weeks postpartum (4) no cognitive impairment.

排除标准：

（1）安有心脏起搏器的患者；（2）处于癫痫发作期的患者；（3）恶性肿瘤的患者；（4）严重心律失常的患者；（5）急性泌尿生殖道感染的患者；（6）合并其他严重内外科器质性病变正在接受治疗的（7）产后已安放金属宫内节育器者。（8）受试者存在精神、神经障碍， 不能正确表达意愿；受试者有脊髓损伤史、脑出血、脑梗死病史；受试者曾行盆底手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with cardiac pacemaker; (2) patients with seizures; (3) patients with malignant tumors; (4) patients with severe arrhythmia; (5) patients with acute urogenital tract infection; (6) patients with other serious internal and surgical organic lesions; (7) patients with metal intrauterine devices after delivery.(8) The subject has mental and neurological disorders and cannot express his wishes correctly; the subject had a history of spinal cord injury, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction; the subject had undergone pelvic floor operation.
