斑点追踪超声心动图应变参数及无创心肌做功指数对LVRM患者的诊断、病情评估影响  

Objectives of Study：

Effects of strain parameters and noninvasive myocardial work index on diagnosis and evaluation of LVRM patients by speckle tracking echocardiography

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18周岁；
2. 病例组：符合急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死、急性非ST段抬高性心肌梗死诊断标准；
3. 符合急诊PCI临床指征。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years;
2. Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction;
3. Conforms to the clinical indications of emergency PCI.

排除标准：

1. 有明显感染或慢性炎症性疾病；
2. 肿瘤或自身免疫性疾病；
3. 风湿性心脏病、心肌病、心脏瓣膜病、肺源性心脏病、慢性心功能不全；
4. 严重肝、肾功能不全患者；
5. 陈旧性心肌梗死或既往行冠脉血运重建术；
6. 血液病患者；
7. 妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Obvious infection or chronic inflammatory disease;
2. Tumors or autoimmune diseases;
3. Rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy; Valvular heart disease; Pulmonary heart disease, Chronic cardiac insufficiency;
4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
5. Prior myocardial infarction or prior coronary revascularization;
6. Patients with blood diseases;
7. Pregnant women.

行冠脉造影术明确冠脉血管情况， (LVEDVT1-LVEDVT0)/LVEDVT0 ≥ 20% LVEDV(左室舒张末期容积)，T0(入院24h)，T1(发病后3月)

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Coronary angiography was performed to determine the condition of coronary vessels (LVEDVT1 -LVEDVT0)/LVEDVT0 >= 20% LVEDV(left ventricular end-diastolic volume), T0(24h after admission), T1(3 months after onset)
