研究目的：

通过营养状况评估结果分析冠心病PCI手术患者围手术期日常能量、蛋白质及主要矿物质、维生素摄入是否满足日常需求，从而评估冠心病PCI手术患者群体日常摄入水平，统计冠心病PCI手术围手术期人群营养不良发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Nutritional status assessment results were used to analyze whether the daily intake of energy, protein, major minerals and vitamins in coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI during the perioperative period met their daily needs, so as to evaluate the daily intake level of coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI, and calculate the incidence of malnutrition in coronary heart disease patients undergoing PCI during the perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-90岁；②诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病并在我院心内科住院治疗，拟行经桡动脉PCI手术治疗；③具有基本交流能力，本人同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-90 years;
2. He was diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and hospitalized in the department of Cardiology of our hospital. PCI was planned to be performed via radial artery;
3. With basic communication skills, I agree and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①严重心肺及肝肾功能不全、或全身状况较差不能耐受手术者；②妊娠或哺乳期妇女；③安装有起搏器的心血管疾病患者； ④存在严重认知障碍或精神疾病，无法配合调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency or poor general condition cannot tolerate surgery;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Patients with cardiovascular diseases with pacemakers;
4. With severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the investigation.
