研究目的：

本研究通过对临床全颈淋巴清扫术中保留或者切除胸锁乳突肌的患者进行分组，研究患者术前及术后肩颈功能、术后淋巴结复发转移、术中颈清时间等临床数据。评价全颈淋巴清扫术中保留胸锁乳突肌的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients who retained or excised the sternocleidomastoid muscle during total neck lymph node dissection were grouped to study the preoperative and postoperative shoulder and neck function, postoperative lymph node recurrence and metastasis, and the time of total neck lymph node dissection. To evaluate the effect of preserving sternocleidomastoid muscle during total neck lymph node dissection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、头颈部恶性肿瘤患者；2.患者有明确证据显示存在颈淋巴结转移，接受患侧全颈淋巴结清扫术＋原发癌切除术治疗；3.术前肩颈功能正常，排除非手术因素对结果的影响； 4.能够定期随访；

Inclusion criteria

1.Head and neck cancer patients; 2.The patient had clear evidence of cervical lymph node metastasis and received total cervical lymph node dissection plus resection of primary cancer. 3. Preoperative shoulder and neck function was normal excluding the influence of non-surgical factors on the results; 4. The patient could follow up regularly;

排除标准：

1.术前接受颈部放射治疗；2.既往颈部手术史；3.既往颈肩部外伤；4.术前或术中分析肿瘤侵犯胸锁乳突肌导致肿瘤与胸锁乳突肌粘连；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative radiotherapy of the neck; 2. Previous history of neck surgery; 3. Previous neck and shoulder injuries; 4. Preoperative or intraoperative analysis of tumor invasion of sternocleidomastoid muscle resulting in tumor adhesion to sternocleidomastoid muscle;
