研究目的：

本研究的主要目标是评估光生物调节（PBM）干预对老年轻度认知障碍（MCI）患者的认知功能和情绪状态的影响，包括有抑郁症和无抑郁症的患者。另一个目标是通过功能近红外光谱成像（fNIRS）在干预前后测量的血液动力学反应来研究与PBM相关的认知和情绪变化的神经生理活动。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of the present study is to evaluate the effect of PBM intervention on the cognitive functions and emotional status of older adults with MCI with and without depression. Another objective is to study the neurophysiological activities underlying the PBM-related cognitive and emotional changes as measured by their hemodynamic responses before and after intervention using fNIRS.

纳入标准：

年龄在50至80岁之间的成年人，能够理解中文并符合轻度认知功能障碍（MCI）的诊断标准，或者主观上认为自己正在经历认知能力下降的情况。

Inclusion criteria

Adults aged 50 to 80, who are able to understand Chinese and have met the diagnostic criteria of MCI, or subjectively believing they are experiencing cognitive decline

排除标准：

无法理解中文，或有任何需要住院的头部受伤、中风、帕金森病、痴呆症、失明或失聪的神经系统疾病、怀孕或无法独立提供同意的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals who cannot understand Chinese, or have any history of head injury that requires hospitalization, neurological disorders such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, dementia, blindness or deafness, pregnancy, or inability to provide consent independently
